Disc inventory Action impossible error


hello guys sorry i dont speak Turkish
please help me if you could

I am using disc inventory some times when player dies they cant use weapons or food is says action impossible
i am using LRP-MedicalRole modified version as ambulance job

Once a player dies, the items have to be removed. I think the items are removed but their images remain. That's why it says action impossible. Generally, it says action impossible when player's inventory in F2 and user_inventory table in database doesn't match.
