Soru TxAdmin server cfg file Hata

Kendime bir test sunucusu açıcaktım youtubeden videoları izleyerek aynılarını yaptım fakat bir yerde takıldım txadminde server setup kısmında server cfg file bolumu hata veriyor.

File doesn't exist or its unreadable. Make sure to include the CFG file in the path, and not just the directory that contains it.. bu hatayı alıyorum dosya konumu falanda doğru adam ne yaptıysa aynısını yaptım
